You can only exchange an item with another one if the first item is damaged, has parts missing or does not fit the description in the website and/or does not fall under the categories that are unique, limited and/or custom made.

Shipping and returns
When you place an order with one or multiple stores on Trifens, the purchased items are shipped directly by each store. Shipping charges vary depending upon the size, weight and price of the product. If you buy items from multiple stores, a separate order will be created for each store and each order will be sent to you in a different package.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as:
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom made items can not be returned.
Unique and limited items from artists such as paintings, illustrations or other art pieces can also not be returned unless the artist allows the return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or a proof of purchase.
Please send your purchase back to the address that is on your order.
If you have decided to return an original piece, please read the artist’s personal terms and policies first (if any). From the time you receive the item you have seven (7) days to decide weather to keep it or return it in its original condition for a refund and three (3) days after confirming with us that you will proceed with a return.
*Do not proceed with the return before contacting us*.
If you do not comply with the above rules you will not be eligible for a refund.
Step 1: Within seven (7) days of the delivery you have to contact us to give us the order information and the reason why you want to return the artwork.
Step 2: Repackage the item using the original packaging materials used by the artist. In case you destroyed or lost the original packaging you are responsible for purchasing the same package materials to send the item back safely in its original condition.
Step 3: Once the piece safely reaches the artist we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to the bank account or credit card used for the purchase within seven (7) to ten (10) working days of your artwork return.
We will examine thoroughly who is responsible for paying all costs (customs and shipping) required to deliver the item back to the artist.
If we determine that the item was accurately described from the artist but the buyer is returning as a result of remorse, then the buyer is responsible for return costs.
If the artist misrepresented the artwork or it was damaged as a result of poor packaging, the artist will be responsible for return costs.
Some items are not available for return unless otherwise specified by the artist.
REFUNDS (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified for the approval or rejection of your refund. If you have been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. (Usually from 1 to 5 working days). If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
- Sale items (If Applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items on sale or Artists items cannot be refunded unless they are damaged.
- Exchanges (If Applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item begin send us an email at [email protected].
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return
You will find the return address on your package.
